Use the feedback form on the homepage with your order email or license key, or contact Paddle directly — since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, they can also process the refund on their end. Either way reaches us; refunds are typically processed within a few business days.
A refunded license key is deactivated and can no longer unlock the paid features of the app.
